Reservation Policy

The deposit for your current reservation will not be refundable under any circumstances, but transferable dates up to two years from original reservation date, as long as you contact us at least 14 days before your arrival, this subject to restrictions with change with no previous notice.
No refunds or reschedules will be provided after check in.

You can make payments for packages and extras in U.S. dollars with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or PayPal (please contact at front desk for further information).
There is a 3% Resort charge applied to all credit card transactions. Using your credit card in a foreign country may incur in International Fees. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept travelers checks in Mexico.

Children over 10 years are taken as adults, and children under 10 are free in the room but do not include breakfast.

Once the dive scheduled is set, “no-show days” will be taken out of your package and won’t be refundable or used as a credit.
